The way our menu program works is that we will provide a yearly menu to your restaurant. This is a totally free menu, from the printing to the shipping. The restaurant provides us with all their menu information to include any logo, address, phone number, complete menu listing and any other info you would like to include on your menu. Our in-house graphic design department will design your complete menu unless you already have a certain menu setup you would like us to simply continue.

Again, this offer is completely free to you. In fact, we have you sign an agreement that simply states the project is completely free to the restaurant. Along with your agreement we send you a referral sheet for you to fill out with local businesses that you deal with or might be interested in advertising on your menu. We sell advertisements to local businesses in your area to be on the menu. This referral sheet is completely optional for you to fill out. However, it does help us with the process of getting you your FREE menus in a timely manner. This referral sheet might also help your business in public relations. These local advertisements are the reason why we can offer you this amazing, free service.

When we have completed the advertising portion of the program, the graphic department then designs all the ads and the advertisers will receive an ad proof to approve. You, as the restaurant owner, will also receive a menu proof for approval. At this time, we will work with you to make any changes you may need until the menu meets your approval. Once the menu and ads have been approved, we will print your in-house menus and take-out menus.

We provide you with the number of in-house menus you need and these are printed and laminated. We will also print up to 2500 smaller versions of your menu in a folded form for your take-out menus.

Don’t want ads on your in-house menus? We have many clients that we only do the take-out menus for!

When all these items are printed, we will then ship the menu to your restaurant. A few months before a year is up, we will contact you to start preparing any additions, deletions, menu changes, price changes, etc. that you would like to make for the upcoming yearly printing. Once again, we will start the sales of the advertisements on your menu for the upcoming year. And so the process repeats.

Our website currently receives between 35,000 and 50,000 hits per month. So, not only do you benefit from free menus, but you and the advertisers get free web advertising.
